What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Junkola! treats personal information that Junkola! collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Junkola! products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Junkola! does not own or control, or to people that Junkola! does not employ or manage.

How do you use single-pixel gifs?

Junkola! and its advertisers may use single-pixel gif images, sometimes referred to as web bugs or web beacons, to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information. Junkola! does not gather personal information through the use of these images. Our advertisers may use single-pixel gifs that can track personal information from cookies that may have been previously placed on a user's computer by an advertiser.

What information do you collect when I purchase something?

If you are purchasing something from a Junkola! property, we and any third party provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us, or third party providers, to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose except as provided in this Privacy Policy without your express permission.

Opt-in announcement List Privacy Policy

As an added benefit to the visitors of the Junkola! network of sites, we have relationships with independent, third party companies that sends e-mail announcements to individuals who request to receive them. When you sign up for a Junkola! e-mail newsletter, should there be one, you may also be given the opportunity to also recieve announcement lists from these companies. No, wait, that might be considered spam... so the policy is: When you sign up for a Junkola! e-mail newsletter, you will receive the newsletter only, and no communications from other sites, companies, or entities.

Information Collection and Use

General

Junkola! collects personal information when you register with Junkola!, when you use Junkola! products or services, and when you visit certain Junkola! pages. Junkola! will not combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies, unless required as a matter of law.

Children

When a child under age 13 attempts to register with Junkola!, we ask that he or she have a parent or guardian create a Junkola! account to obtain parental permission.
